Updated Review: I am updating my original review with new information, but I am leaving my original review below for context. After SkullVibe read my review on TrustPilot, they reached out to me to make things right. SkullVibe sent me the items that I had ordered at no charge, and they gave me a discount coupon for a future order. They went out of their way to apologize and make amends. The items arrived and they are very high quality. My only complaint is that SkullVibe only made things right after I made a public review on TrustPilot. I wish they had worked with me to resolve my complaints when I initially asked for help. It took many months to resolve the issue. Original Review: Items never arrived and SkullVibe refused to refund 100% of the purchase price. I ordered a Tactical First Aid Pouch and 2 Pack Tactical Water-Resistant Molle Pouches on March 23, 2020. Today is June 11, 2020, but the items haven't arrived. SkullVibe keeps promising the items will eventually arrive, but the tracking number shows the items haven't left the warehouse. I asked for a full refund, but SkullVibe offered a 75% refund with the promise that I could keep the items when they arrive. It has been a month, and the items haven't arrived. I asked for a refund of the balance of $15.60, but SkullVibe refused.

Works as depicted. Quality material

I ordered the Molle Car Seat Organizer and was very pleased with the construction materials and workmanship. The unit has almost completely removed the clutter which was on my console and spilling over into the passenger side front seat. I did discover it is best to have the passenger seat back as close to vertical as possible and pushed forward to facilitate access. However, some of this is probably due to the design of my vehicle's interior (2011 Escape).

The product was horrible. It was far too small and I had no luck getting a return email. One of the straps on the seat cover hanger was torn or not well put together. It took forever to get all pieces I had ordered for my son's birthday. The added velcro pieces came long after the birthday. I regret the whole purchase. The extra bags I ordered to go on the seat cover are still laying unopened. Most un happy and have wasted money.

Excellent customer service. Great product. Will be purchasing more products from them.
