AWFUL COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM.
I purchased a theme that I hadnt used yet. It says I have 4 downloads left. I was never told it would expire after a year. I contacted customer service to see if they could help me access it. Very unprofessional. He told me I just needed to repurchase the item. It was $40! I took a screenshot of the chat. He accused me of "blackmail" after I told him I was leaving a bad review. I was NEVER offered a discount or any resolution whatsoever other than making the purchase again. The agent was hateful and needs to be fired. I’d love to post the screenshot if given the option. After this experience, I wouldn’t even repurchase for $5. Gross.

Dear Miranda, Sorry for your bad experience. As per your account, you purchased the theme in 2021. We provide support and access to the theme for 1 year after which you may choose to renew the support and updates of the theme for very less reduced price. I suppose our sales agent did offer you the reduced price if not you can email us for the same. We do take pride in our support and have been in business for over 10 years. We would love to get this resolved with you and offer you extended support and service should you choose to renew for a reduced price. Offering you the renewal price of $18 USD you may contact us via email: [email protected] and we can get it resolved for you. Again apologies if you felt disappointed due to a staff response. As said would like to make amends. Thanks.

Buyer Beware, No Refund if it doesn't work for you
Purchaser beware. They do not give refunds even if the theme does not display as per their demos. I purchased Reiki Pro because their demos looked great but despite many efforts on the part of customer service, my website looked nothing like the demos. I was very disappointed. I used the theme for less than a week before giving up, it was taking up so much time to try and fix. I asked for a refund to be told that they do not give refunds. Not acceptable as you have to try out the theme before you find out that it doesn't display as per their demo. I feel cheated and will never use SKT Themes again.

Dear client, We set up the demo in a staging server and asked for your credentials or temporary login. We also agreed to provide and assist with WhatsApp, Zoom and Google Meet sessions. You were not ready to listen to any of those and just needed a refund without us replicating any issue on our end. When we asked for your temporary login details we were denied and you also refused to work with us on any staging server. Hence in this case we could not process your refund since there is no way we can establish that the theme installation was done properly and that demo data was properly imported.
