Rude. Rude. Rude.
WP Theme would not install. When I worked with support for help to understand what the problem was in upgrading from a free version to pro version, he literally insulted me. After paying $$ for products and service, I don't expect to be insulted. Ever. I asked for a refund and learned they do not give refunds. Eventually figured out the issue with help from my web host support team who were wonderful and professional.

The review has been given only because we do not process refunds. The rest isn't anything about how we treat our customers and never what we have done today or in past. We do have a try system of free themes which can be downloaded to know more about the theme backend and working and anyone is free to ask us several questions before finalizing a theme. We are always happy to help and our support forum has lots of reviews from our customers who have stated how we have gone a step ahead in helping them.

I have purchased the herbal theme
I have purchased the herbal theme, and I am very pleased with the theme and the technical i got! There have been several bugs, especially on the mobile version, but the technical support guys have been very prompt to repair them. I highly recommend them!

Purchased theme would not work & highly unprofessional support
Couldn't get a purchased theme to work and requested assistance. Each email was more aggressive and I was called "lame" several times in the email responses. Clearly, this is not a professional setup (most likely someone in their bedroom trying to make a few dollars or worse) I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

We asked the client several times to help us by sending us screenshots of the error but she insisted on having it solved ourselves without even knowing how to replicate the error. We asked her temporary access as well to check the issue but were denied. Our honest attempts of helping the client failed and the client became aggressive. As per our terms for an issue to be resolved we do ask access or else screenshots to help replicate the issue for resolution. If that is denied we cannot be held responsible.
