the worst
they wouldn't let me use my voucher for a facial because I had been there last year for a spray tan so yeah, they're the worst.

Hello Mila, I apologize for any confusion there may have been. In order to provide services to those who haven't heard of us, we offer great promotional rates for new clients. With third party vendors however, they allow anyone to purchase their product regardless of the rules and restrictions listed (New clients only). Skin Spa does however offer great returning client rates and does honor any third party purchases to be used towards full-priced services and packages. (The value is never lost). honest opinion
I think the customer service is horrible. They double booked me for the same aesthetician and when I arrived there they just apologized and offered me 10 percent off the next service. No consideration for time

Painful
This was the most painful facial I've ever had - and I'm not just referring to the neverending sales pitches to upsell before, during and after my procedure. There was one point where a stomped my leg on the table from the pain. Four days later there were still red marks and soreness on my face. I've had dozens of facials in the past, but never one as awful as this place.

Extremely disappointed
My entire experience was horrible. My mother purchased a GC for a massage for my birthday. when I called to schedule an appointment to use it I was told that it did not exist and the my mother had not purchased a GC. After my mother and I were treated with complete disrespect by the receptionist & manager; I took the extra step and reached out to Area manager. The Area Manager quickly found the GC in the system. At this point I had the AM refund my mother's money because I had no interest in going to Spa that treat clients so poorly.

the worst facial i've ever had
the facialist talked the entire time, the extractions hurt so much i cried and when i looked in the mirror afterwards i was literally bleeding from a post on my face. my skin was red and peeling for a week afterwards. actually traumatizing. DO NOT GO HERE

Customer is definitely not first here
The staff are so rude and indifferent, definitely not an environment you can relax in. They hadn't mentioned the masseur would be male, which would've been good to know in advance. Furthermore they demanded an unacceptable tip, and got extremely rude about it. Would not recommend to anyone! Would rather pay double than go there again.

Horrible management
Called to reschedule an appointment, said I had an emergency and had a package of facials/membership. Manager/supervisor Imran was very rude and short with me, said there was a $50 fee and I had to go in although I was in so much pain. Excellent staff for facials are the ONLY reason they have my business.
