Excellent customer service
I truly enjoyed my experience at The Skin Spa UES. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and explained all aspects of the procedure which was comforting because I had never done it before and was nervous. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. They helped me upgrade the package I had been given as a gift to a procedure I wanted instead. I look forward to my next appointment with The Skin Spa

My favorite specialty facial treatment spa
This has been a long time favorite of my daughter and I. They offer cutting edge treatment with knowledgeable, experienced, estheticians. I was disappointed to find that my go to facialist of many years had departed; fortunately, they booked me with Greta who was equally fantastic. I left with my skin looking and feeling great. This place is hands down one of the best facial spa's in NYC.

Will come back!
Very accommodating of last minute appointments. Very clean location. Tracy was great and very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Will come back again.

Great Swedish massage and awesome people in Murray Hill
I've been going to Skin Spa in Murray Hill and I can't say enough nice things about Rosly (who constantly books and reminds me of my appointments) and my three fave masseuse, Pedro, Tyrone and Diego (in no particular order). If you want to save money, ask about their massage packages, which they sometimes offer.

My experience was a good one-Sandy sold me the waxing and microdermabrasion services. I had already purchased the facial package so all three services were performed and I was truly satisfied..
