Place small No I did not like the facial

Facial was only about 35 minutes, when was suppose to have 50 minutes. The Aesthetician started late. Also, no neck massage, and the hand arm was more of a rub than massage. Extractions left bruises on my face.

Paid for a facial but basically just got a massage instead.

double booked me and cancelled, not very professional

I was excited to get a genesis and ipl limelight facial before leaving on a special trip. I was on limited time because my flight was that evening. I arrived 5 minutes early and at no time was told my technician was behind. I mentioned I was catching a flight and instead of trying to accommodate me they simply asked what time my flight was. I walked out after waiting for 30min and no one even called to apologize or offer an incentive to return. Extremely unprofessional and aloof.

They have these super confusinf promotion packages that they sell to you then when you actually go to get the service the prices go way up. Ive had aboit 10 laser and regulr facials there ( because i made the mistake of buying a package) and they were mediocre quality at best, some esthticians were very rude and tip hungry, others ok, but don't expect an amazing facial.

This place has a bad vibe from the welcome at the front desk. The young lady at the reception didn't great us with a smile then after filling the questionnaire she had me wait while she had a lengthy conversation on the phone. Demanded that we tip and give it to her. Very unprofessional. Will not be back they also spelled my name wrong

been to skin spa previously, enjoyed the experience and great pricing. recently bought a 2 for $99 facial deal. however, during my facial, i added another oxygen type of facial which i was told another $75 on top, which means i would've paid $124 total. when i looked online, it was only $80 for that type of facial! what a rip off! emailed them and have heard no response. disappointed with the flatiron location, not going back. going back to the UES location where service is much better!
