Do not use this company they will scam you and take your money! I wanted to become a member of this company my old weight loss company changed pharmacy and they couldn’t provide to my state anymore. I contacted this business explained to them my situation and what dosage of semaglutide I was on they said ok they will provide the medication for me. I even emailed them a copy of the script from my old provider for no confusion. I also explained I couldn’t take the medication mixed with b12 or b6 they stated it was not mixed. I had to talk to countless of representatives just to finally get my order shipped. Once delivered I realized they did not give me the correct dosage and it was mixed with b6. I contacted customer service immediately they said a supervisor would get back to me about a refund. I contacted 2 more times because they started ignoring me about a refund. Once I finally spoke to someone they told me the product was final that I had to keep the medication even though it was never opened and refrigerated. They was not giving me a refund. They scammed me out of $200 and I can’t use the medication. Do not order from this company do your research. ***Update*** They responded to my review saying they gave me a refund which is not true. Signed up with the company on 7/31/24 the money has not been refunded. I called today to ask for my refund again they stated it’s in process we will see.
