Ivy was very helpful
Ivy was very helpful. My order got delivered to the wrong address, so she put a note into customer service. I'm still waiting on my delivery, but it is Thanksgiving weekend, so it may take a couple more days.

I had to change my payment date and…
I had to change my payment date and spoke with Maureen. She changed my date and was able to get me a lower rate. Amazing customer service. Once again!

Excellent Customer Service
Aimee B was excellent in helping me with my most recent order. In the past I have had difficulty with my monthly order and since I have been speaking to Aimee B, she has been consistent and does what she says she is going to do. There have been no delays since. I appreciate her kindness and understanding.
