Great customer support
Met my goal and my physician recommended I taper down. I needed to cancel membership. Portal took me so far and then had to call customer support . Yuan was excellent. Got me cancelled and cleared by the physician at skinny RX. I will definitely recommend Skinny RX to all my family and friends for their online medication needs.

Awesome customer service
The level of customer service has been exceptional. Thanks to Krisfaith. I recently switched from another well-known company because I was unable to get timely answers to my questions. In contrast, your team has been highly responsive and accessible. When I request a callback, I receive a prompt message through the app asking how they can assist me, which demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication.

Booked my appointment with one of the…
Booked my appointment with one of the medical professional, and no one ever called or even sent link for the appointment. The customer service agents refused to refund for the subscription. Very unprofessional, not worth your money and time.
