I liked the ease of getting medication…
I liked the ease of getting medication to my door. Once I hit my goal weight and wanted to stop taking the medication, I was spammed by multiple numbers calling me multiple times a day. I'd answer and they'd hang-up. I called the number back 3 times before someone representing SkinnyRx didn't hangup on me and answered. I asked them to please stop calling. Let's see if it actually stops. Nightmare trying to end the service.

What you've described does not sound like our standard process - once a patient cancels, we do not continue reaching out to them. When we do contact patients, it's only for intake updates or when our clinical team needs additional information, never to pressure anyone. We're truly sorry this happened and will look into this immediately. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are glad our medication delivery service helped you achieve your health goals.

Great experience, definitely recommend
I had a really positive experience with skinny rx.com throughout my membership, which I was using not for weight loss but to see if it would help my psoriasis (which it did!). But ultimately had to stop because I had pretty bad reflux as a side effects which I just couldn’t figure out how to troubleshoot. Most people I know, however that have used compounded semaglutide don’t have my issues. I think it’s just me :-) Anyway, Sheila was my main point of contact with the company, and she was fabulous—always got back to me promptly, was very professional, kind, and informative. Five out of five for sure.

Great Customer Service
Phone calls take too long to accomplish simple tasks but otherwise great customer service.
