I was on the meds for two months and had success meeting most of my goal weight loss. Unfortunately, I had already been experiencing tremendous fatigue prior to getting on the medication which I had hoped to mitigate with the loss of weight and it was not. I called customer service and talked with the clinical team and they were extremely caring and cooperative in discontinuing my second two months and prioritized my health. I was met with compassion, and issued a partial refund. With subscriptions and corporations, it seems like these experiences are few and far between. So thank you. Anna was my customer service rep and she helped me tremendously.

I'm excited to start my weight loss journey with SkinnyRx! Their app is user friendly, as well. I love the Meal Plans on app. Even if you don't make the recipes exactly, it will give you so many great ideas!
