Sheila did a great job and was very patient explaining things. However, I was not happy with the condition of the package when it arrived for month 2. It was completely wet, as the ice pack had melted. Liquid was coming out of the package. It seemed to not have affected the medicine, but I'm not sure that the chilled temperature was kept as the ice pack was completely melted. It had been shipped overnight by FedEx.
