If I could rate zero stars, I would. After reaching out to customer service regarding the extreme side effects caused by this medication, I was told that I could not cancel my plan or receive a refund. After explaining to them that not only was I not losing weight, but I was experiencing severe nausea and no longer wanted to continue on the medication, customer service told me I needed to reach out to my personal physician for nausea medication. I explained to them that I was no longer comfortable taking this medication as I had no positive results. After telling me, they would not give me a refund or cancel my plan, they mailed me a vile of “medication“ for the next month’s dose. I do not believe this company is sending actual weight loss medication. It feels very dishonest. I know so many people who are taking GLP1s with great results. Don’t expect to have any results using skinnyrx. The only thing you’re going to get is a placebo and a $1500 bill.

Once medication has already shipped, we can't refund that portion. It sounds like your next dose may have already been on its way when you reached out. Regarding your concern about the medication being real - we only use FDA-registered compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide from licensed US pharmacies. GLP-1s affect everyone differently, and tough side effects without weight loss are actually pretty common. It doesn't mean the medication isn't legitimate.
