I signed up for only a onetime payment
I signed up for only a onetime payment of about $1400 for 6 months. Then I noticed there was another charge for $1400 for another 6 months, I tried to talk to them without a satisfactory resolution. That's crazy to be on a renewal if I only wanted it for 6 months, it does not state in an obvious place right on the plan that it is on some auto renewal. I only needed to lose 30 pounds, I would never had signed up for a year of this. And a healthcare provider approved it without even talking to me!! Never again. Still fighting to get my money back, contacted BBB.
