I wish I could give them a zero. First the chocolate was horrible. second, the secret subscription...$40 for not even 12 oz. of chocolate, I did not ask for. Their return policy states this... "Refunds & Returns If your not completely thrilled with your chocolate purchase please return the unused portion (or empty boxes) within 60 days of receipt" called them today...we don't allow returns...and we can only give an $11 credit. Awful chocolate, AWFUL company.

Why are you using the ole 'sell them an expensive subscription in the fine print' strategy to sell your chocolates??? If they are good, you won't need to do this to make money. This is crooked business practice. You may make a few books for a while doing this...but it is good as stealing. Nobody will stay with you because of this...even if it IS delicious.... ??

I LOVE this chocolate! If you can't have sugar but love chocolate, this is terrific! Knowing that it's sugar-free, you should be prepared for a different taste, but the dark chocolate is SO good! My only issue is that it is melted by the time I get it in the hot months. I think they should ship in a different container to keep it cool. I had to throw away my last box because it separated when it cooled and just crumbled.

less than 1 star. Awful tasting and nothing is Free. They sign you up for monthly and charge you $40. Called today and asked for refund and cancel "subscription". Hopefully we will see refund in 5-7 business days. If not on to the Attorney Genetals office in WA state. Not worth it.

I GOT MY MONEY BACK>>> Packaging: great, undamaged. What I bought: mint dark chocolate, and I thought it tasted alright. Read the fine print, it DOES say you get charged full price if you don't cancel within a period of time, I forgot and got charged, fine, whatever. HOWEVER, I was NOT expecting the 2nd $40 charge. No thxs. WHAT DID I DO ABOUT IT: I found the confirmation email they sent me, I searched and confirmed it DID NOT say that I was signed up for a subscription... Solid. Evidence. THEN: I called the customer service number that's on the email. They answer: "Thank you for calling customer service how can I help you?" (First of all, customer service of what???) I explained my situation, I did not want that second box, (the chocolate was alright, but not a second $40 alright, ya dig?) They offered: 15% refund (of the 2nd box) because the second box had already been sent. Um, no. I asked if I could return the second box for the refund of just that one (first one was my bad but didn't make a point of that) I would pay return shipping and asked where I was shipping it to. After a long pause* she replied: 30% refund and I keep the 2nd box. No. How about I return the 2nd box (completely unopened) for the full refund, and I ASKED AGAIN: WHERE WOULD I BE SHIPPING IT TO? (seriously, why won't you tell me, I offered to pay the fees, maybe the shipping is less, I wanted to at least know, why won't you tell me????) She went away for a moment... AND THEN: "You won't be needing to return the second box and I have cancelled your subscription, unfortunately we can't give you back the $4 shipping and handling fee for the first box but we can return the $34 for the 1st box." Deal. Okay, so I lost like 40 bucks, but you live and you learn 🤷‍♀️ at least I got the $34 and I got to keep the chocolate that I actually kinda liked. I had to be persistent with it because she really just wanted to give me $6 (15%) for a loss of $80??? No thanks.

Unlike most people, I don't hate the chocolate. Although I've only tried the dark chocolate. You can tell it's a "healthy" recipe but as long as you know what you're expecting, it's fine. If it was reasonably priced and the company's policies weren't so scammy I would actually buy this occasionally. But beware, when you sign up for the "free trial," not only do they sign you up for the monthly shipment (lots of companies do this), if you don't cancel within 7 days they charge you the FULL AMOUNT for the "free trial" item, as well. That was the deciding factor for me. So I give it decent marks for product, terrible rating for business practice.

BE CAREFUL OF THEIR SAMPLE TRIAL! COMPLETE SCAM - THEY SIGNED ME UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT TELLING YOU. THE CLAIM ITS IN THE SMALL PRINT HOWEVER WHEN I LOOK AT THE ORDER CONFIRMATION THERE IS NO MENTION I SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION NOR DID I CLICK A CHECKBOX TO DO SO. TERRIBLE COMPANY - BUYER BEWARE!!!

Several things make this a company that should crumble. DO NOT TRUST AT ALL!!!!! ONE OF THE MOST CROOKED COMPANIES IN THE WORLD!!!! Order arrived completely destroyed, asked about either getting a new order or a refund was told by a very incompetent member of the customer support team that was not allowed, when asked to speak to a manager I was told I would receive a call in 30 minutes as of now it has been two weeks. I was signed up for a monthly subscription that i did not give my consent to, as well as being charged for candy I never received nor ordered, Was provided a measly $10 for $80 stolen from me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
