I was told to order a medicine for my Rosacea and the bottles say they were made on 8/07/2026, they were shipped on 8/12/2026 and arrived on 8/18/2026. The BUD is 9/11/2026, I paid about 100 dollars for a cream that does not even last a month. Terrible service, do not order from here.

This company does not offer overnight shipping. It took 10 days for my medication to get to me with NO ICE PACKS and was degraded by the time I received it. It was delayed with USPS for 4 days in Phoenix SUMMER HEAT!!! 110+ degrees. The company was not willing to make the situation right and would not refund my money or overnight ship in ice packs. Please save your time and money and use a local pharmacy.

My doctor was under the impression that the pain med he prescribed for me from Skinmedicinals would come from a town that's 20 miles from where I live. Not true. Skinmedicinals call center person informs me today that the product is compounded in Missouri and, "All our customers in California get their medication orders between 4 and 8 business days." I wonder if that's why Skinmedicinals has a two-star rating.

I had actually been happy with Skin Medicinals for five years, they produced a Rosacea creme fulfilled by Foothills Pharmacy, always good. Suddenly without notice they are fulfilling using Strive. Strive produced a rosacea creme which made my face break out, I am allergic to it. Called customer service, they say they have a no refund policy. What the hell.

My doctor sent my script to this company. They were initially nice. When I got my script, I couldn't read it. It has a font that looks like Greek. I thought this is a mistake. I called them and told them that I can't read it even with a flashlight and bifocals. The young guy literally told me," they have a lot of complaints but they won't change it". I addressed this with the pharmacist.He told me, "I am not doing anything special for you". I was outdone. They are calling me constantly for a refill. I am contacting the pharmacy board today. I also asked if he could read me the directions and was told to get a family member to do so.

Do your research. All sales are final. They will not allow any refunds. They promote "designed by dermatologists" however many of their ingredients are consider high or medium risk. Of course, when you call them they say that all of their ingredients are listed on their website so make sure you do your research.

I consistently purchase products from this store and have had a great experience. Recently, I tried a new product and the bottle broke while traveling. I asked the company to replace it and had a really poor experience with their customer service department who was defensive and not solutions orientated. What a terrible experience.

Horrible.... they give you a heavybottle assuming its full , its mostly plastic. I measured my product and received no where near the one ounce i should have. I paid $55 for leass than a tablespoon of Hydroquinone. rip off. ive notified them, have not heard back. im calling my Dermatologist to tell them not to write perscritions for this anymore.
