I used it for 9 months and not only did it not improve my hair but it started to fall out during the last few months of use. I now have very thin hair so that you can see my scalp. I stopped using this product and am now taking oral drugs for hair loss. The product was quite pricey as well as the shipping. Online ordering was smooth. I am sorry that it did not work. I found bad reviews for the contract company that makes this product for SM. Perhaps they should look into the quality of the product.
