I would like for customer service to answer the phone when I call them.

I have purchased from this company several times without any issues. Unfortunately, my most recent order was a very different experience. I received two sealed prescription-strength products that had been expired for over a year. After discovering this, I called and spoke with someone who told me they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. Since then, I have made multiple phone calls and sent several emails, including photos clearly showing the expiration dates. Despite all of my attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received a response. In my final email, I asked the company to make the situation right before I shared my experience publicly. Unfortunately, that also went unanswered. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to use caution. Based on my experience, you may receive expired products, and if there is a problem, you may have difficulty getting a response or resolution.

I've been purchasing skincare from this company for a while. Shipping is always fast and the products are of good quality. Only wish there were different options for payment.
