The ordering process is easy.

The purchase process was a little cumbersome for me. I had not used Zelle before. Aside from that I have no complaints. The product arrived as described and the expiration date was very satisfactory. Thank you.

Pricing and ease of ordering.

I got my order on time. The only thing that would make the experience better is being able to use a debit/credit card

I usually get 5-star service but payment methods changed again and I tried sending a check but was treated with suspicion even though I am a long-time customer. I had to make a second order because the first one was on hold. But eventually I received both orders. thank you for your help. John

I've been buying from them for a long time. They've changed their payment options and the Zelle option did not work so I had to pay by check. I don't mind but it takes longer to receive your products. They let you know when your check is received and when they ship. They have a huge selection of products. I would give 5 stars if the payment options were different.

Great product, easy to order and delivered on time. My only problem with this company is not being able to pay for an order by credit card. I'm not very comfortable with paying through Zelle.
