questionable reviews, long delivery time
my order took 10 days to arrive, and I received an email from SkinCareGlows asking me to submit a review. I did so, stating the long delivery and that I wasn't sure about the product since the consistency was different than any I had used before. Almost a month later, my Three Star review was never posted - this company ONLY posts Five Star reviews. If you want customers to take your company seriously, posting only glowing five star reviews isn't the way to do it, and it makes people doubt whether these are authentic. Only honest reviews are the ones I've seen on TrustPilot. After posting this review, I received a TrustPilot email stating "SkinCareGlows has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience." To keep my review online, I was asked to provide "valid" documentation. I had already provided my order number, but I submitted everything I received from them. If SkinCareGlows makes such an effort to hide honest reviews by their customers, why would anyone do business with them?
