I bought cream on 5.4.20 from Skin-Etc today 7.29.20 and they never came. I try to call no one answers the phone, and the voicemail box is full. I send email about my order.This was answer We don’t know it’s still in transit to you. Its all ready 3 month I will never use them again. Be beware of them.... Skin-Etc

Started using their products not late last year and I'm loving my skin. Great product.

I have been purchasing from Skin Etc for more than 7 years and have never had an issue. Great prices, fast service, and the products I want.

We have been buying from Skin-Etc for the last 6 months since summer time, and they have always given us the best prices for Le Mieux O2 Calming Gel, we have bought over 20 bottles or more from them since that time. However, the latest shipment they did not send the correct bottle in a batch ($18 value lost). They don't answer a voicemail or emails... We are now thinking twice about this website, and may have to just buy from Amazon now. Very sad.

It was my first time ordering from Skin ETC. I placed an order on Thursday, the product was shipped on the very next day, as stated on their website, and my products arrived on the following Monday. I must say, I was a bit skeptical and had doubts about their legitimacy since I was not able able to get in touch with someone at customer service and having a "full" voicemail; however, I sent them an email on Friday afternoon and got a reply back within an hour. I am very satisfied with the fast shipping service and pricing. I will definitely shop from them again. I hope they will continue to provide good services and try to improve their CS calls better. I bought 4 lipsticks from Skin-Etc and they never came. They said they mailed them but after 4 weeks, no one answers the phone, and the voicemail box is full, and all my emails have been ignored. I scanned a signed letter to start a investigation but haven't hear a word. I will never use them again. Be beware of them.... Skin-Etc

Good as long as things are good. But customer service is non-existent. I got a product with the lid open and it was spilled all inside the bag. I called, they said to email and they would credit a refund. That was over 3 weeks ago. Now no one answers the phone, the voicemail box is "full", and my emails have been ignored. I'll suggest to Jan Marini that they not use this vendor as an approved vendor any longer.

extremely poor customer service. don't answer phones or respond to emails nor do they honor their return policy. I will never order from them again.
