It’s impossible to cancel. You have to put in a request to cancel your membership, I only got an email back “tell me if you would like a discount instead”. My subscription is still listed as “active”. I’m debating getting a new debit card to cancel my current one before they drain me for money. For anyone out there, try skillshare instead.

Outdated. Simply just outdated and does not provide value for money. I have also tried cancelling my subscriptions for the past 3 years but support just wont cancel it directly. I have been charged 228$ annually. Highway robbery, bad product, and bad support. Will not recommend.

I would give skills success a 0 if it was possible. Skill success has no problem with taking my money but refuse to stop taking it. I've changed my password a half dozen times or more with NO access and no option to cancel. This journey has been beyond disappointing.

I purchased a membership with skill success in 2018. Every year, they continue to charge my bank account and every year I call to cancel and complain. I have NEVER used this membership and they have charged my accounts 3 years in a row. Every year, they say they are sorry, they cant refund the fee and tell me to cancel for the next year. I have done this 3 years and they still keep charging!! I cannot get them to ACTUALLY stop charging the $228 fee. I know, it seems I should've cancelled the card by now, but they keep telling me that the card will not be charged next year since I cancelled (after they charged this year again). Do not give them a card or account number! They will never stop charging you and never refund after you cancel (they say they dont have record of your cancel). You will be sorely disappointed!!!
