This company took money out of my bank account for their subscription renewal, its impossible to cancel it and they refuse to give me my money back?? I'm going to have allow them to steal from me every year? The customer service doesn't do anything, basically they deal with it. Apparently they're UNABLE to give a refund??? BS

I've tried to cancel the subscription after accept the 2 months free even tho I didn't do not a day of courses. I cancel twice, and not a email back. I've written an email to Michael the one email that welcome you. And your email is not accept it to that it arrives. A fraud. Hopefully, I can cancel the subscription but I'm very disappoint. What a fraud!

I am trying to cancel my subscription for more than one week, I have sent a lot of e-mails that I am not interested in this website, please, cancel the subscription, there is no response, but in my opinion, what they are doing- just waiting for the billing day, to get money and never cancel the subscription.

I don’t know where to start. I signed up because Sweatcoin had a 2 month free trial deal, which I thought was good. They needed my card details to activate the trial and I thought it was all good and fair. Upon looking their courses, however, I realized just how poor and small the selection was and decided I’d delete my account and subscription. Well… apparently you can’t do that from the website, you NEED to make a request and WAIT until someone from their customer service teams gets back to you. Obviously, no one did. This is a scam guys. Beware.

I have subscribed to 2-months free access through the ad at Sweatcoin app. During signing up, the skillsuccess website requested my card info to charge 1$ to check the eligibility of the card. But instead it charged me 37$ for something called Ultimate Course Handbook & Personal Development Bundle which I did not consent to. I have sent them several e-mails requesting refund, still waiting for their response. Pure headache...

I signed up for two courses and didn't sign in for some time. When I did I couldn't find the courses and questioned why. They said they couldn't find me and after searching said I'd just registered using an email address I've not only EVER used but was different than the one I'd just signed in on. The person wasn't able, or willing to help resolve the issue. So, my guess is they'll stiff me.

I took animal reiki, It was a bunch of slides on the screen and then I took my test at the end which of course I passed with a 100 my atonement which was a joke. in theory Understand but in practice not inot in a million years I don't even have a format or video on how to a picture that I can print out if I like if I'm quick enough to hit my screenshot but that's about it. My current life Coach class is not much better you have a computerized voice reading no explanation given really no videos nothing just slides on the screen like a power point I'm very disappointed . Then I thought well maybe it's the class as I picked maybe let me try something just a little bit different at add picture card reading Do not take this class this is almost as bad as the reiki class. I have unlimited access but what good does it do me if the classes are only powerpoint on screen and no actual videos or humans you can see. Open to suggestions on classes where there's an actual human every once in a while visible

don't got scammed its impossible to cancel they will just charge you or keep sending you useless emails to win the time to keep you paying
