Hi Margit. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your account, we found no prior cancellation requests, which is why the renewal fee was charged. Regarding the "limit" on cancellation requests, we want to clarify that there is no such limit. Our support team may have offered alternative options before proceeding with your cancellation, but these are just suggestions, you can cancel your membership at any time. To address your concern, we’ve already canceled your account as per your recent request, and no further charges will be made. Regarding our refund policy, please note that we offer refunds within a specific timeframe after the initial charge only but not for renewals which should be canceled before renewal date. We appreciate your feedback and hoping for your understanding on this matter.

Hi Beth, we're sorry if you feel that way. Trials should be cancelled before the renewal. Any charges incurred after the trial period are non-refundable based on our Terms. The self-service cancellation online is always available for your convenience. Moreover, we have sent you a reminder a week prior, allowing you the option to cancel before getting charged.
