I am new to this program and haven't had a chance to take any of the courses yet. However, I will be remiss if I did not complement the support team. They have been FABULOUS! I selected the annual plan by mistake where I wanted the lifetime plan. They upgraded me within minutes and on a Saturday too! Thank you support team!

I recently contacted Customer Service because I couldn't find a list of the courses I wanted to take. I sent an email and got a response the same day. They are very supportive and walk you through any issues. Love the choice of classes and customer service couldn't be easier!

I have been on Skill Success forever. The range of courses is phenomenal. Maybe the only downside is there are so many courses to choose it is hard to pick where to start. I got a lifetime membership, and at 73 yrs old it is one of the best investments in my continuing education.

I recently got a bill from this company that I was not expecting because I signed up a year ago and never participated in their services. I was upset initially because I clearly didn't even realize I owed money and was hit with their 150.00 fee--without a warning this year, however; I reached out to their company and explained why I felt I shouldn't be responsible for the payment and was told about their policy and I couldn't get a refund. I didn't want to sound like a victim, I clearly, at some point, should have read more fine print but, long story short, I got an E-mail the next day and they refunded me half of my payment. I appreciated their handling of my situation and that they did something for me in my frustration. I have only dealt with this company for a refund but their customer service is excellent.

I reached out to Customer Service after I made a mistake - they responded right away and fixed my mistake! Love the products and the Customer Service!! Highly recommend!!
