Return was very difficult, had to keep messaging in the online chats and email the support a few times in order to get a response. And at first the customer service didn’t want to process the refund, instead they wanted to issue a $50 dollar gift card (the product I bought was $79). After quite a few negotiations back and forth they finally agreed for full refund. It should not have been this difficult, especially since the webpage says there is a monet back guarantee.

This is absolute bliss, i cannot wait my parents to try it too!

Great product and the delivery process was easy and hassle free.

I got this watch for myself and I liked it so much that I bought one for my boyfriend's birthday. It is not a smart watch in the sense that you can answer phone calls on it but it does tell you who's calling so that you know if you want to pull out your phone and answer the call. It is fairly easy to download and understand the app so even seniors can use it easily. The only thing that is problematic is you constantly have to reconnect it to the app on the phone to get accurate phone readings on steps etc.

The product works well. It definitely relaxes my neck muscles and helps my sinuses to actually drain that can cause me to have a headache. It has several levels and functions which I’ve had to figure out. It would be a better experience if there were actual real directions to follow. The little pamphlet is hard to read as the font is minuscule and the directions are vague. Other than that negative I’m enjoying the neck massager.

SKG company is a good company and best consumer services. Greatful and useful product.
