Just got the mouse in and no complaints at all. It's got a really cool RGB feature and is interchangeable wired and wireless. Friendly customer service as well. Keep up the good work!

most responsive, kind and easy to work with. I got the aqua mouse as a gift. they constantly sent my boyfriend updates on the mouse and even emailed him within a day when he asked to switch colors! the box came with free stickers and nice instructions in many languages. the mouse itself is quality with the design and so easy to set up. it even glows different colors, which adds to the aesthetic. I love the look and feel of the mouse so much. I couldn't be happier with both product and service. I will be buying more!

I don't believe giving stars is accurate... here is just my experience. I ordered the mouse October 5. The website said it would take 5 weeks to ship. It has yet to ship. There was only one update by the company...never weekly updates. However, any emails I sent were promptly answered. This was supposed to be a gift for our young daughter. I was told the company is still fulfilling August orders. Yet if you try to order a mouse it says it will ship in 4 weeks. The people seem nice but are grossly inaccurate and that's unacceptable for a business.

Dear JT, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we want to sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused, especially since this was meant to be a gift for your daughter. This was our first production batch, and while we worked hard to figure everything out, we encountered unexpected challenges that forced us to make the difficult decision to push delivery timelines further back. Our goal has always been to deliver the highest quality product, even if it required more time. We’re happy to share that October orders, including yours, have now shipped, and we truly hope you and your daughter love the mouse. We also appreciate your kind words about our email responses and take your feedback about communication and timeline accuracy very seriously. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve. Best regards, Skeuoss

I love the Fruitiger aero mouse I got . Thank you skeuoss for making my fruitiger aero dreams come true 🥹. I vividly remember getting liquid mouses as a gift from the pharmacy store back in Bahrain where I used to live . It’s so nostalgic 🐬🫧🌎🌈
