Hi! We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your order. Just to clarify: the mouse was indeed shipped the same day your order was placed, as shown in our system. Your request for a refund came several days later, after the package was already in transit. We completely understand if you changed your mind, but since the order had already shipped, it was no longer eligible for cancellation. That said, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange once it arrives, just email us at [email protected] and we’ll help you right away. Thanks for understanding.

We’re really sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your order. That "Not eligible" return status was just a system error on our end, we accept all returns, no questions asked. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to arrange a full refund or exchange. Thanks for giving us a chance, and again, our sincere apologies for the frustration caused.

Dear JT, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we want to sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused, especially since this was meant to be a gift for your daughter. This was our first production batch, and while we worked hard to figure everything out, we encountered unexpected challenges that forced us to make the difficult decision to push delivery timelines further back. Our goal has always been to deliver the highest quality product, even if it required more time. We’re happy to share that October orders, including yours, have now shipped, and we truly hope you and your daughter love the mouse. We also appreciate your kind words about our email responses and take your feedback about communication and timeline accuracy very seriously. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve. Best regards, Skeuoss
