Great Products, So-So Returns
Good products, shipping is reasonably fast -- however returns are a little expensive, and very slow (about 4 weeks for a refund). But customer service is great.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. I am sorry for your long waiting time, as international shipping can take a bit longer. Unfortunately, we don't have a cheaper option currently for returns as we are based out of Denmark. I see that we have refunded you the next day after receiving your package, but putting money back in to your account is dependent on your bank and this is something we don't have influence on once the money leaves our account.
