My 90 lb son got a faulty board he…
My 90 lb son got a faulty board he literally used it for less than a hour on flat ground and did pop shuv it landing one foot on the tail and one on the front truck. And the board gave way like it was 2 plys. They offerd 20$ gift card and the grip tape and shipping cost me more than that. Dont buy there !

The solution offered was based on our claims department’s assessment. If the damage had been confirmed as a manufacturing defect, a replacement or refund would have been provided. Excessive hidden fees
Charged 100 bucks for a "duty free" service and 35 DOLLAR SHIPPING! FOR A 100 DOLLAR SCOOTER! Do not buy from here, they do not fairly price and have hidden fees. LOTS of them. Update, turns out it’s just trumps stupid tariffs. Thanks for reaching out skate shop!

It's been a month since I ordered
It's been a month since I ordered, and my order has not even left Germany yet. I wish i would not have ordered from them. This is an ongoing problem because when you make a purchase it even says you can print a "lovely card" to give "as a place holder". Basically if you haven't ordered from this company 2 months or more before you need a product buy from somewhere else.

I would give zero star If I can.
I would give zero star If I could. Zero costumer service,my order is in 'shipping process ' for 2 weeks,no respond through email,no option to call,it's always 'after business hours' No cancelation option, so I'm just hanging here with no money back. I sent few emails,filled contact form ,what else can I do here??

Poor Quality, Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered scooter and wheel had a bad vibration out of the box. I sent them numerous pictures and videos and they just blamed me for causing a flat spot on the wheel even though that's how it was out the box. Paid $200 for a piece of garbage. If your customer service is to blame the customer, you won't last.

No Australian support
They trade under an Australian domain, but do not offer a return service from Australia. Australian buyers look elsewhere. Edit, after response from SkatePro... After buying from an "Australian site" with a 365 day return policy, you would not expect to self fund a return to Denmark.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We have that information visible in our policy. Goods can be returned but it has to be done through a self arranged shipping method. We are working with our partners to also be able to offer returns service to Australia in the future.

Ice skates lasted 2 months
Ordered some ice skates for my daughter. They arrived but they have lasted her 2 months. They have collapsed inwards and Skate-Pro have denied all responsibility suggesting they weren't used correctly. She has used them approx' 6 times since I have bought them. Shocking.

Buenos días, Muchas gracias por contactarnos. Sentimos mucho que tu experiencia haya sido negativa. Nuestra empresa se encuentra situada en Dinamarca, por lo que cuando se realizan devoluciones los patines tienen que volver hasta aquí. Ofrecemos etiquetas de devolución por 19.90$. Lamentablemente no podemos ofrecer devoluciones más económicas,pero seguimos trabajando para mejorar el servicio. Esperamos poder ayudarle en el futuro y en el caso que quiera realizar la devolución solo tiene que contactarnos. Un saludo.
