The trucks are plastic and have loosed up on me 3 times that I had to go to urgent care and my wrist is not the same. Needs to be stainless steel.

The stuff I ordered came quickly (knee/elbow pads and wrist guards) and I've already fallen a couple of times and have been completely protected. No scrapes, the pads are comfortable and soft on the inside where it comes in contact with my skin. I'd recommend to anyone!

Ordered a pair of inline skates to begin learning to skate. I did my research on the pair I wanted and couldn't find another site offering them at a better price than SkatePro, so I went with them. I also ordered a helmet for my girlfriend, who also skates. She loves the helmet and the color of it. I'm very satisfied with the skates I ordered, as well. My only complaint is that I paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping but still received the package about a week later. Their site literally claims a 1-2 business days delivery date for UPS expedited shipping and 3-4 days for regular UPS Ground. This was very disappointing. It wasn't until several days after purchasing that I went back to their site and had to navigate for a bit in order to discover their warehouse is actually in Europe. This was not noted once during the purchasing process. So, if you're in the States, expect longer delivery dates than what they promise on their site, and if you need something in a hurry, I'd recommend trying another seller.
