Our experience was great. Store experience as well as delivery.

From the moment I walked into the store and the manager greeted me and offered to help it was a smooth, efficient, and quick transaction. I went into the store for a something specific and I wasn't pressured into buying something else that I really didn't need which lends confidence for future purchases at this location.

I wasn't able to use my queen side bed frame. Fortunately the delivery guys had the tools to disassemble the frame. I would give these guys 10+ stars 🌟

Early on time and professional

The delivery staff was very helpful and efficient! They were able to answer our questions. They were very timely. We received the alert they were on their way and they arrived within 10 minutes! Excellent service!

Edwin and his helper were early and extremely efficient and quick with the delivery and set up for the new mattress and box spring as well as the hauling away of the old mattress and box spring - No wasted trips! They were in and out in 22 minutes! They were also very friendly and cleaned up the plastic wrapping. I couldn’t ask for a better service! Thank you!

The delivery on time and efficient. They helped with leg height and took the time to make adjustments. They need to be allowed more time. They did well for me with removal of old mattress, box spring and metal frame I do need to add my experience at the store in Brea. Sharon was fantastic and patient with me. I must gave been there a minimum of 12 times before purchasing.

We found a bed that works for us despite having opposite firmness preferences. I never felt that the sales rep was attempting to sell us a mattress simply due to price or brand, he seemed to take our feedback and then recommend a solution based on that, which is always the best case scenario. Delivery went smoothly. One star off for not having the springs in stock that I need for my side of the mattress, which is a Bedgear M3 Night Ice Performance. However, I was assured that I could swap the springs out for the correct ones once they are restocked, at no cost.
