Delivery people were not very friendly, and a metal Piece on the foot end of the mattress fell off after one hour using the bed. The sales guy was lovely though

We found a bed that works for us despite having opposite firmness preferences. I never felt that the sales rep was attempting to sell us a mattress simply due to price or brand, he seemed to take our feedback and then recommend a solution based on that, which is always the best case scenario. Delivery went smoothly. One star off for not having the springs in stock that I need for my side of the mattress, which is a Bedgear M3 Night Ice Performance. However, I was assured that I could swap the springs out for the correct ones once they are restocked, at no cost.

Angie at the Whittier store wouldn’t do any price adjustments. She was very firm. Wasn’t a good salesperson. So I went online and bought through the chat. Pillar made some adjustments to get the mattress I wanted in my price range. My only issue is the mattress protector I had to buy theirs, even though I had one, so the warranty doesn’t void. That protector was very expensive even with a discount.

I asked got a standard pillow protector for me and a king size pillow cover for my husband. I received two king size pillow protectors and there’s no way I can use the large protector because my pillow cases perfectly fit my pillow. Also, I know you don’t care, but we found that we can’t get into the bed because the 5” box spring puts the top of the mattress too high to get into bed without using a stool. Not a safe thing for people our age.

Angie was very helpful and easy to work with. The delivery men were super quick, very impressive. I regret not doing my research and plan to come back and try out at least one other mattress. I do enjoy being able to sit up to read

Purchasing my mattress was a pleasant experience. Dave answered all of my questions. The delivery was professional. I received updates about the time of the delivery. That was helpful..
