We were able to walk in and walk out with a great experience. Our sales representative Javier Ruiz was very helpful and patient. He was able to share useful information and answer any questions or concerns we had. Looking forward to enjoying our comfortable sleep in our great investment. The delivery process was simple and fast. Thank you Sit N Sleep

Very nice and friendly. It’s not easy to bring a CalKing bed upstairs but the delivery guys made me feel like they were happy to be delivering my new bed and taking away my old one

Alain, my sales person, was very kind and patient and allowed me to take my time and carefully answered all my questions. I believe he did the best he could and offering me promotions and discounts to help keep purchase close to my budget. I did have some issues after the purchase which did cause me to think about canceling my order. However, the sit and sleep customer service team did their very best to make things right and make me feel better about my decision to be a sit and sleep customer.

Your sales rep was very helpful and had patience with my questions. Prices were out my range but it’s something I really needed for my back. It was aching. I felt relief when I tried your mattress.

We had such a great experience buying a new mattress at the Pasadena Sit n Sleep! Jennifer was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable at every step. Our new mattress was delivered within 48 hours, and we couldn’t be happier!
