I was a bit skeptical that the online site would suffice to gain approval for a "residential land disturbance" (AKA clearing) permit in my Virginia county. However, from the get-go, the service was absolutely phenomenal!!! I dealt with a gentleman named Steve. He was amazing, he was super responsive; he made several "timely" modifications to my site plan based off emerging county requirements. At a minimum, I recommend going with the medium package which allows unlimited modifications. The price after bolt on additions (topographic, vicinity Map, pervious calculations, etc.) was still significantly cheaper than hiring a local company. My permit was recently approved, I would highly recommend using this service and I will use it again for future projects, Thanks Steve!!

I placed an order and was charged for it. No receipt was emailed to me and I was unable to get my site plan. Reached out and they said they didn't have an order for me (even though I was charged). Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card. A lot of wasted time when it should have been a simple transaction.

When you contacted us, we asked for additional information that would allow us to identify the transaction, but unfortunately, we did not receive any order number, receipt, or other details that we could use to locate it. We would be more than happy to investigate this further. Please contact us directly and provide a screenshot or details of the charge showing the merchant name, transaction date, and amount. This will allow us to verify whether the charge originated from our company and determine what happened. Without this information, unfortunately, we have no way to locate or verify the transaction.
