Quick turnaround, survey rejected by township
The turnaround time was incredibly quick but our town rejected the survey as part of our permit submission so we had to go hire a physical surveyor to come out and create a survey of our property.

Hello Eric, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you appreciated our quick turnaround time. We're sorry to hear that your town did not accept the plan. However, we'd like to clarify that we provide non-certified site plans, not property surveys, as clearly stated on our website. We always recommend confirming your local permitting requirements before placing an order. We appreciate your understanding! Site Plan 4 You

The site plan provided was based on a 5 or more years old Satalite image.. so things had changed enough that I could not use it, but was able to draw over it taking out the photo background. There are still corner stakes on the lot, which didn't jive with the site boundaries on your plan, but I was able to rotate your site boundries to jive with the stakes. The grade contours seem to be close once rotated. Overall was helpful if not usable.

The service was fast and the staff was very responsive to my needs and adjustments. However, this is not what the city needs for a fence and it is not an architectural design.
