I was notified the CPAP Machine I was interested in was back in stock on a Friday. I then placed my order via SistemmaCPAP.com the next day and it arrived by USPS Priority Mail on Thursday. Along the way Stephen contacted me to ensure I had everything I needed and he was responsive to a request for my insurance pre-certification. Excellent customer experience that I wish was the standard today.

The product I purchased from SistemmaCPAP was in excellent condition and directly from the original equipment manufacturer, ResMed, and NOT just a 'knock off' brand. Thank you. However, since this was a direct order, without perscription or doctor approval, I thought the price should have been consideralbly lower.

This was my first order through SistemmaCPAP and I was very impressed. They were able to offer a system that no one had available. And I had some hesitation to place my order. The system was supposed to reach me on a Saturday right before checking out of my hotel. (Tight) In fact I got an early delivery on Thursday. They kept me informed every step of the way. I needed to replace my bipap machine due a product recall and the fact that Medicare would not replace mine because it was only 3 years old. I could not live without my machine so decided to bite the bullet and buy one out of pocket. I was told by my Dr/DME supplier that I needed to get a Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV. I searched suppliers and the internet, ultimately finding one at SistemmaCPAP. Steven was extremely helpful and even shipped my system early when it arrived in AZ early. Steven answered all my questions and was super. Great service. Loving the new machine and very happy with my purchase. Simple set-up and simple to use
