This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with any so far in my life. There is ZERO accountability and there is NO communication between the teams. Bottomline, I feel they do not care much about customers. They made me run behind them for 5+ months to close a refinance; Finally what they did is make me lose the best rate I had and made me go with higher rate. I would never even think of working with them, forget about referring them to anyone
