Poor service. Loan estimate was different from closing disclosure and many fees got added that shouldn't have been there.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The partner, admin, associate - no one bothers to respond or be proactive. You just keep calling and emailing them (this is after the mortgage process has started). Highly recommend to STAY AWAY.

Poor Communication and surprises on the closing date.

It wasn't the great experience. Extremely less response by Loan officer. If I message him on Monday and he replies on next Monday. Not good.

Please stay away from this guy, worse customer service. A lengthy process and all they care about is making money on point rather than satisfying a client they will push the date until the closing final date then you have to rush close they will change the closing cost as they wish. When I started my loan application they softly and nicely told me we will give a very good closing cost, but the reality is he will cheat me. I would never recommend this company to anyone to use. They never once offered to do anything nice for me due to all of my issues. They deserve this complaint and I hope it keeps others away from using them.

WHAT A JOKE. RUN AWAY FROM EMPLOYMENT WITH THEM. RUN AWAY AS A CLIENT. NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY IS LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTERESTS. THEY DELAY LOANS FOR BRANCH BENEFIT, THEY LIE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES ABOUT PAY UNTIL A LOAN FUNDS (IF EVER) AND THEN DENY PAYING THEM. COMPLAINTS WILL BE FILED. AND SHOULD BE FILED FOR ALL FAILURES TO FOLLOW THROUGH FOR CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES. DENYING DRAW PAY WHEN NO LEADS WERE BROUGHT IN BY THE COMPANY IS NOT ONLY NOT FAIR, BUT UNETHICAL.

Sistar never responded on time. It took them over six months to get back to me. They reached out to my insurance without checking with me. I ended up going to another company for my refinance.
