They have an amazing team. Isha stayed on top of things. Closed in 4 weeks. My H1B renewal and home loan both were processing in parallel. Rajeev & Isha helped me in resolving the dependency of my H1B renewal with the home loan process.

Sistar never responded on time. It took them over six months to get back to me. They reached out to my insurance without checking with me. I ended up going to another company for my refinance.

I was hassled unnecessarily in the verification documents. Further, I was promised I would get a $1500 credit by the agent. He did not keep his promise at the end. The rate of interest as well was never revised although it did go down for a while.
