Two weeks ago I attended a focus group with SIS and it was a great experience! The facilitator was professional, kind and created a safe space for everyone to express their opinion. The group was honest, open, vulnerable which created great dialogue and kept the conversation stimulating. By the end of our time together I walked away learning a different perspective on the issue we were discussing. I highly recommend SIS to anyone looking to join a focus group.

I did a focus group at SIS International Research in NYC. The process was seamless and well organized. The focus group started and ended on time, and the discussion was very engaging. The moderator was professional, and the payment was immediate. I would highly recommend it!

I had an issue where I took part in research back in June and then never heard from them about my 100 euro fee, despite chasing consistently. After then finally leaving a bad trustpilot review, they finally reached out and paid me. As I hadn’t had chance to yet take down the review, the emailed me multiple times and offered me more money to take the review down. I then took it down and then paid me an approximate extra 80-90 euros. Since then, they have sold my information online and I’m inundated with spam emails. This is illegal and if you notice, there are always bad reviews cropping up and then shortly after they disappear - it seems they are bribing everyone to take down bad reviews. DO NOT TRUST, they are scammers

SIS International Research invited me to visit their office in San Francisco to provide them with some feedback on sensitive issues related to energy and the Bay Area community. The team was well organized and prepared to capture suggestions and impressions from the entire group that evening. I was impressed with how well our diverse cohort's input and contributions flowed and how the input represented the broader San Francisco demographic's wide-ranging concerns. The dialogue was enjoyable, level-headed, and constructive. This was the case, especially considering the relative importance in our community of oil-producing companies that employs many folks locally (as well as overseas). It can be a challenge to accommodate and be fairly acknowledged given their role as a major employer in the Bay Area economy given criticisms leveled at them from the environmental non-profits based here. The office was comfortable, clean, and easily accessible off the 1 California line, which is what I took the entire way.

Overall, I've had a great experience with SIS Research. I attended my first focus group with them, and the moderator did a good job of facilitating the discussion. The compensation was process was straightforward, and their location is conveniently located in Midtown. I would highly recommend!

I was invited to participate in a focus group organized by SIS. The staffs there where friendly, and the discussion moderator was professional. SIS did a good job providing me with a comfortable and relaxing environment to share my opinions on certain topics freely.

I participated in a focus group related to foods in San Francisco. It was well organized: started and ended on time. Focus group was fun and we even tasted some food. Left happily with a nice gift card.

I enjoy going to sis research focus group. I enjoyed being able to try a product that is coming to a store near me and give my feedback to improve. Great customer service. Process was seamless.
