I have been buying herbal tea now for many years direct from SJW and have always received goods promptly considering they come from the USA to Australia. Tea quality is excellent and certainly helps people suffering with cancer and other ailments. It keeps me and my family in good health so I give that 5 stars alone. Well done SJW and keep up the good work you do.

Service was great- I had a question about caffeine and they answered right away. (No caffeine). Pleasant tasting; I drink it almost every day. Not a strong flavor- I sometimes mix it with hibiscus flowers.

I bought 2 Jason winters teas from an advertisement on the internet. The promise was; buy 2 teas at regular price & get a 3rd box free. Didn't turn out that way. I received the 2 teas I over paid for but no 3rd box. I just don't like business dealing like that & will be very cautious about any future deals you offer. I have been a faithful customer, using Jason Winters tea daily for 15 years or more. I have never liked the taste, I only use it for the promised health benefits, whether true or not. However, because of your dishonesty, this would be a good time to quit buying your tea.
