We like the product it just takes forever to get our orders and then most often they are not filled accurately. We are either short product and have to call or we have product that was not ordered.

The free gift I ordered, the tea bags with Sage was not sent. I asked if they could please send the correct item and no response. It has been four days and I have sent emails.

The FREE SJW tea bags "box" option did not work on the order page, Error read: FREE CHAP does not exist & the amounts contained in the box have been diminished making the purchase less, if "Jason" were still with us, this would not be so.......

The ordered shipment arrived in South Africa via USPS, who work with the South African Postal Services, which are in a mess. To track parcel down and collect took me two weeks. For future orders I would like to ask that my orders come via DHL door to door service. I dont mind paying extra for this, but it releases a lot of stress and running around trying to find the parcel.

I didn't realize that one bag can make 3 cups, so I ended up making one very strong cup. I think it would be better to have the directions a little bigger or bolder.

I love your product! But it took me three times to figure out your instructions for ordering to get a free box of tea. There were two different directions given! One was to order 2 and receive the third one free. Twice I ordered two and did NOT get the free tea. Then I saw the other direction that said to order 3 and pay for two, and I finally got the free box. It made me wonder if the confusion was intended to save you money! I hope not.
