We are very sorry you did not have a good experience with you order. We did have some shipping delays at that time period due to an influx of orders from a successful podcast. We notated the shipping delays on the website during the checkout process, so as to forewarn people of the shipping delay before they places their order. We also refunded you for double your shipping costs. Again, please accept our apologies and we hope to earn your business back in any way possible. This is an absurd claim. We have never sold a customer’s information, which is one of many reasons we’ve been in business for 45 years. It is unfortunate you had this experience, but it had nothing to do with our company whatsoever. You are the only person in 45 years to make such a false and misleading claim. Any intelligent person reading this should make the same conclusion, this is 100% false and defamatory.
