What have you done, SingleCare???? What a MESS trying to get pricing for a drug. Your new website/process just sends me around in circles and I can only get pricing at one pharmacy. It certainly is not like it was the last time I used this site. Based on this experience, I will no longer use SingleCare. It is much too complicated and does not yield any information that can help me determine how I can get the best price for the drug I need.

When I went to the Walmart pharmacy to pick up the medication listed below using the coupon, they told me the price was $24 instead of the advertised $10. I’ve contacted SingleCare four times over the past three months, and each time I was told, “We need to update our website: Metformin Hcl Er 360 Tablet Extended Release 24 Hour 500MG $10.00 SingleCare member price $10.00 price for non-members *$10.00 includes member discount and one-time $3 bonus savings, which apply to your first eligible prescription. Any remaining bonus savings will apply to your next eligible prescription.
