I had the coupon with me at CVS and they told me it was coming up $6 more in their system with the same coupon numbers so they would not honor the coupon that I had. They said it happens a lot.

All you prescription discount card providers are the same. Meaning you advertise these enormous savings, and like the other discount cards/coupons I've tried, when I used your card I saved a whopping $2! What a savings! No, more like what a JOKE!

I tried using a SingleCare coupon on 2 different occasions for 2 different prescriptions. I called their customer service after the 1st incident and explained that I was charged more than the coupon price. They could not determine the why the coupon didn’t work. I tried using a SingleCare coupon for a different prescription on my 2nd try and was again charged more than the coupon price. On both occasions I as charged more than the coupon price. The pharmacy verified that the quantity on the prescription and prescription strength on the coupon was exactly the same on both occasions, but I was still charged more than the SingleCare coupon price and the pharmacy would not honor the price on the SingleCare prescription discount coupon. SingleCare prescription savings coupons don’t work!

When I signed up and received my card via email, the cost for Triamterene hctz 37.5 was $6.60, when I picked it up it was $15.52. Why the difference? Location?

The 1st month of a new prescription cost me $12.00. Now, to renew it less than a month later, it says it will cost me $299.00! This is not affordable and reminds me of a "bait and switch" scheme! Edited to add on 3/30/23: chose next cheapest pharmacy, which Singlecare said was $73 a month. When I gave info to pharmacy, they said they aren't contracted with Singlecare and wouldn't honor that price. Offered it to me for $170.00. Singlecare is a joke!
