if my order would have arrived the right size I ordered and not had to go through the process of getting the right size. Then having to go to UPS to ship the other back. Plus having to spend extra money for the packaging envelope. I would have rated it at 5 stars. But I am happy that the problem was handled well and with out too much heart ache. Thank you

The website was easy to navigate I found the pair of shoes in my size that I couldn't find anywhere else. I emailed after I placed my order because it was to good to be true that I found them. Andrea responded and reassured me they were in stock and would ship as soon as possible. Sure enough a few hours later I received tracking information and I received my shoes the next evening.
