I had a positive experience with shipping and speaking with a representative. I love their large selection of styles they offer and the prices are not an issue. The problem I have is the 20% restocking fee. Their policy gives the option to receive a refund or an exchange. If there is a restocking fee, I do not receive a full refund, which means that even if the shoes don't fit or are not to the expectation of the customer, I do not receive a full refund. This has kept me from being a repeat customer. I would only recommend purchasing from this site if you already know how the shoes fit.
