Not the best customer service

My shoe order was canceled by the company after they already updated my account saying they were shipped and in route with a projected delivery date. Starting to wonder if they ever really had them in stock. Money was refunded though.

Just bought my shoes and almost fell. The padding on the ball came right off!

I had a positive experience with shipping and speaking with a representative. I love their large selection of styles they offer and the prices are not an issue. The problem I have is the 20% restocking fee. Their policy gives the option to receive a refund or an exchange. If there is a restocking fee, I do not receive a full refund, which means that even if the shoes don't fit or are not to the expectation of the customer, I do not receive a full refund. This has kept me from being a repeat customer. I would only recommend purchasing from this site if you already know how the shoes fit.
