no product delivered. no email saying it was shipped is it shipped? you guys are the worse...

I ordered the newer NSX 12” unit and was shipped the older XSE 12” unit. Tried to reach out to Navico and was told they are only taking email inquiries. Very poor customer service response and no one has reached out to me after 2 weeks to resolve my issue. I will never buy Simrad again after this incident. I have resorted to filing a claim thru my Credit Card company since I cannot get any help from Navico.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service regarding shipping of my items and no response to emails and no contact number to reach an actual person horrible .

Item ordered was not the item shipped. Nobody can process a refund /RMA via phone. Web orders require email to be sent to the order department and nobody replies to the emails. Simrad retains the right to substitute items at will. Buyers beware!

I purchased two units from you, both need an update. I am now required to purchase a cable to connect to my laptop which cost over $169. The tech was no help, West Marine (tech referred) can't do a thing. I asked if it is safe without the update on two occasions, no response back.

Placed my order on 2/23 and it's now 3/10. They keep pestering me to rate their service and voice my opinion, but they can't seem to find the time to answer my emails and tell me the status of my order (B000610617). So ... yeah. You wanted a review right now - you got it.

Hi after nearly a year of waiting and handling over the best part of 12k on simrad electronics I'm still waiting a 3d module VHF n ais radio. I was told June , September , December then march now it's may a absolute atrocious experience with a company I've used on my boats before . Rest assured I will not use or recommend this brand again my vessel hasn't had any electronic equipment since last may thanks simrad !!

The product I ordered is not the correct item (there was no indication of this on the website) and apparently, the item I need is not available to purchase through the Simrad website. I've called all dealers within 100 miles and no one has this product. The 'return' link in the order confirmation email goes to a broken page. I've called the customer support number only to get a recording to send an email. I've emailed and have yet to receive a response. So now I have a product I cannot use, cannot return, and cannot get my money back for because there is no response from Simrad. Very disappointed.
